How long does it
take to process my order?
Products that
are currently in stock are normally dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of
your cleared payment, but this estimate can vary on some product
ranges. In the event that a product has been overlooked, and is
currently out of stock, you will be notified of this and we would
expect to get your goods to you within 7 - 10 days.
Please
note, that due to the
nature of the lingerie industry, where very little is manufactured in
the UK, the products we offer are imported from the USA. Although
UK stocks are obviously kept, items do go out of stock, especially at
busy times of the year, timescales are extended as to when items are
restocked. Therefore, depending on stock availability,
delivery can take up to 7 - 10 working days.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before a confirmed delivery date.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods are in the same condition as you received them. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of those goods. You would however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us..
If you have decided to cancel your order or wish to return your products to Discount Superstore. We will refund your payment within 30 days of cancellation.
What is the
returns policy?
Damage
In transit
It will be
your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered
goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we
must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is
imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will
be required to affect your claim against the carrier.
Shortage
It is your
responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on
the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are
items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been
partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we
are to be notified within 24 hours.
Incorrect
Goods
Notify us of
any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items
are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging
or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non
deliveries
All delivery
addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or
post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the
right to charge an additional supplement. While we try to deliver all
goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility
for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
We will not
accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified
within 2 days from expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect
goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except
when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within
the stated time scale.
Do I have to pay
for returns?
Unless the
goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order
acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is
not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage
costs will be refunded.
Do you keep my
credit card information?
Transactions
that involve your personal information (like credit card numbers) are
performed securely using SSL secure mode through Paypal. You can verify
