Damage In transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect a claim against the carrier.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.
Football Products
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods . We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.
It is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Authorisation
We are unable to accept the return of goods without prior concent and all returns will only be accepted with a valid returns authorisation number (RMA). Unauthorised goods will be refused. Refused goods must be collected within 30 days otherwise they will be disposed of.
Goods ordered in error
It is acknowledged that goods are incorrectly ordered from time to time. At the discretion of Discount Superstore these may be returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice providing goods are in a wholly saleable condition relative to product integrity, shelf life and packaging.
Faulty Returns
Goods claimed to be faulty will be tested before credit can be agreed. In such situations returns must be accompanied by a faulty evaluation form and print sample. Faulty goods in general and those compliant with the above are collected free of charge.
Damaged goods
All deliveries received in a damaged condition should be signed for as damaged to enable a claim to be processed.

Returns Policy
We have a strict returns policy on all our products. In the unlikely event that a fault may be found we request that you email us within 3 days of you receiving your order to notify us of the fault. We will happily exchange faulty items like for like, if they are unworn and still in the original packaging and are free from the smell of smoke, perfume or other odour. We will issue you with a returns authorisation number which you should include when sending back your return. Please return the item to us within 7 days of the authorisation by recorded delivery at your own expense. We will bear the cost of the replacement and of delivery. We do not exchange or refund any items for any other reason than a fault. If we have reason to believe that the goods have been worn or any of the conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost.

Lost or damaged items
In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We offer a recorded delivery and International Signed For option at checkout. This is your way of insuring your package and tracking the items. We strongly recommend this option. Any packages not sent Recorded Delivery or International Signed For which are lost in transit remain your responsibility and we will not refund.
If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging, as we might need it for insurance purposes. Should we require the damaged item to be returned, then we will reimburse you for the cost. Please do not return damaged items before contacting us.
Returns
We offer a 7-day no quibble money back guarantee starting from the day you receive the goods, We do not refund the cost of returning the items to us. Individual returns policies my apply on certain products - see product description.
If sending a return, we strongly recommend that you obtain a free "Certificate of Posting" from the Post Office or proof of dispatch by carrier, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the package recorded delivery. All items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
The decision of whether a refund is given will be made by the Customer Services Manager. The cost of any items found to be damaged in transit, inedible, or missing will be refunded to you within 30 working days of us receiving the items back.
